I’m making a career change at 35 and the principles defining this movement are what pulled me to this trade. I have been a helper at ICON Heating and Cooling for a little over a year and the owner, Brandon, made it clear that nothing less than your absolute best was acceptable. Bam, decision made.

Means a place to get better as a person and tech

Doing away with the bad name we sometimes get due to inexperienced installers or techs with no integrity giving good quality trust worthy installers and techs a bad name.

Better HVAC is learning and growing with a changing industry. It is sharing knowledge. It is best practices, because it’s right.

To me, leaving the industry better off is what it means to me. I am third generation, HVAC, and I feel compelled to continue to share all I know about my 45+ years in the industry. If you care about something, you want to make it better, that’s what it means to me.
