What better HVAC means to me is math.
It’s math before the project starts and its math after it’s been completed. We can determine what a system is supposed to do, and we can confirm it after the fact. It doesn’t matter if it’s a repair or an installation that consists of a replacement or new construction.
Better HVAC is something that the homeowner or occupant can count on for what is one of my favorite things to talk about and that’s predictable results. I want predictable results because I want to do it once. I want predictable results because I want to sleep at night. I want predictable results so that as long as I managed that end users’ expectations everyone should be more than just content when the job is complete.
Never really thought something like this would be a thing, but I must say it was a good idea.
