To me, it means to strive to always do your best, leave a good impression on customers, and overall enhance the industry one call at a time. Even though I just started out in the industry a year and a half ago, I have fallen in love with HVAC. And If I can continuously better myself while doing what I love, all the better. Hopefully one day I can be knowledgeable enough to help curve pathways for newer technicians like myself, and set them up for success.
