BetterHVAC means learning to use the best tools and technologies available to create safe, healthy, comfortable, and environmentally responsible buildings. I want to be part of a movement of other people in the HVAC industry who are like-minded and want to expand their knowledge and capabilities to be the best we can be.

Better HVAC means rejecting “that’s the way we’ve always done it” in favor of “there’s got to be a better way.” It means doing the right thing and solving problems with the end user in mind.

It’s time for change in the HVAC industry through serving and managing organizations with transparency, innovative solutions, and a culture of honor. The skills gap is presenting in more dramatic ways, and unless it is addressed and advocated for, there is little optimism for good customer-centric care and service. I will continue to advocate for
