I personally emphasis the “interactive” portion because if they are involved in the process then they are invested as well.

To me, BetterHVAC embodies the progress, growth, and commitment to the trade, in this trade, that we all want to see. HVAC has VASTLY changed the trajectory of my life. The least I can do is make sure I’m doing it right.
