To me, leaving the industry better off is what it means to me. I am third generation, HVAC, and I feel compelled to continue to share all I know about my 45+ years in the industry. If you care about something, you want to make it better, that’s what it means to me.

I look at everything I do through the eyes of the customer. When we do that, we better understand what their needs and wants are. We we consistently deliver a WOW experience to them, they will gladly pay a premium price for our premium products and will help us grow our business through 5-star reviews, testimonials and referrals. With that in mind, my belief is that #BetterHVAC means reliable, efficient complete systems that provide superior comfort, indoor air quality, and sustainability. It includes quiet operation, energy efficiency, durability, smart technology integration, and responsive customer service. And, it’s not just about the technical side of the business. #BetterHVAC means that the business operates like a finely tuned collection of “artists” that perform their role flawlessly. They measure everything that needs to be measured so they can better understand how the “System” (whether that be the customer’s mechanical system or the business’s dispatching system) is performing. Every step in the “playbook” is focused on delivering the safest, healthiest, most comfortable, and economical solution possible. That’s #BetterHVAC to me!

It means a commitment to continually improving outcomes for the customers (individuals & businesses) we serve as it relates to HVAC. I specialize in indoor air quality and when it’s poor, it’s typically an invisible threat/risk. My goal is to make the invisible visible and to apply the right tools to effectively mitigate it’s associated risks.
