Our industry has so much to offer but as businesses and professionals we’re hesitant to really offer that information to our clients for fear of losing the sale or repair because another company (tech said) and so the information you bring is dismissed.
If we set new boundaries, by informing, educating, and offering with scientific proof instead of just saying you part or system is bad, then we can insure diffidence in our clients, then by giving them concrete results and viable options to improve their comfort in their homes as an industry we can move past the old stigmas of the past.
Tools and training on our side promoting proper installation and commissioning then following through with real tuneups each year with documentation to back it so any properly trained tech could grab the baton Carry on.
